Main uses

  • Repair and reconditioning of metal core conveyor belts, protection of mechanical joints, lining of crusher tray feeders, large cracks in coal fuel lines, protection of elbows, extractors, chutes, screens and fans, as well as lining of hydrocyclone bottoms. Repair of chippers, bins, hoppers and grinding areas, among others.

The Flexsol® BF-02 kit includes a resin, a catalyst, a cleaning solvent, a rubber primer, and a two-component primer for metal, in addition to all the necessary components for preparation and application of the product.
