DURAFAST and FLEXSOL: Simple, fast and durable solutions for industrial maintenance.

To achieve this, we have developed two types of coatings with specific characteristics for various industrial applications. All of our products are easy to use, safe and effective, providing a wide range of applications in various industries.
Durafast Line: Excellent adhesion to metal, ceramic, concrete and rubber.
Rigid coatings for repairing, protecting and reconditioning industrial equipment exposed to abrasion and impact.
DURAFAST MX1: contains 3 mm aluminum oxide spheres for repairing industrial equipment exposed to wear due to abrasion, impact and vibration caused by coarse particles.
Main uses: repairing chutes, pump casings, dust collectors, chippers, protecting pipe elbows, extractors, sieves, mills, trommel screens, fans, crushers and grinders.
DURAFAST MX2: contains 1 mm aluminum oxide spheres for smooth finish repairing of metal surfaces and industrial equipment exposed to wear due to abrasion, impact and vibration caused by fine particles.
Main uses: discharge protection of mills, pneumatic conveyors, screw conveyors, wear plates, sprayers, dust collectors, chippers, protecting pipe elbows, cyclones and hoppers.
Available in 2 kg, 5 kg and 10 kg. Each DURAFAST kit includes a resin, a hardener, a solvent and all the necessary components for preparing and applying the product.
Flexsol line: Excellent adhesion to rubber and metal.
High impact, abrasion and acidic environment resistant flexible coatings.
FLEXSOL BF-01: Liquid urethane elastomer with excellent adhesion to rubber for repairing fabric conveyor belts, manufacturing molded parts and other rubber-based applications.
FLEXSOL BF-02: Liquid urethane elastomer with excellent adhesion to metal and rubber for repairing conveyor belts, drums, tanks, chutes, mills and parts exposed to acidic environments, as well as manufacturing molded parts and replacing various rubber coatings.
FLEXSOL BF-03: Liquid urethane elastomer designed for horizontal and vertical application. Product with a pasty consistency and excellent adhesion to rubber and metal. This coating can be applied on vertical and horizontal surfaces and can repair metal and rubber surfaces simultaneously.
Each FLEXSOL kit includes a resin, a cleaning solvent, a primer, a catalyst and all the necessary components for preparing and applying the product.
